Withdrawal stuck for 9 days — anyone else?

Submitted a 0.15 BTC withdrawal 9 days ago. Status shows "processing" but no update at all. Support keeps sending copy-paste replies about "manual review". Has anyone gotten through this? Starting to think this is a red flag.
